Why? Well:
- +2/+1 ASI increases score by 3.
- 25ft of movement speed decreases score by -0.5.
- Thick fur increases score by 2.5. Why? Because by any sane 5e character creation standard any character have minimum of +1 CON, so minimum AC is 14 with this. That is worth alone 2, but scaling with CON is not usual, my drift being usually CON is higher than DEX, so an additional 0.5 to score sounds about right.
- Powerful build is worth 0.5 as normal.
- Sharp claws is worth 1 as normal.
- Durable is worth 1.5 as normal.
Concluding, this should be on mountain dwarf level, and overall it is.
