• d3 is already explained in the PHB (p. 7)
• "1d1000 is [(1d10-1)*100]+1d100." ... Why not just roll three d10's? A d10 is numbered 0 to 9, not 1 to 10.
• Same for the d1000000.
• In your example for the maths die: "an attack may require you to roll a phi (ϕ) or lower to succeed." What happens if I roll i, since that is neither greater than, equal to, or less than phi?
• Simpler d24: Roll a d12 and any other die. If the other die is odd, add 12 to the result.
• Same for the d16: Roll a d8 and any other die.
