Rewrote and Rebalanced the Feat[edit]
Hey there! I just totally revamped the feat. Here was the original feat:
Prerequisites: Tiny Race Your size is often a problem, but over time you have learned to exploit the benefits of being so small.
You get a +6 bonus to your passive stealth, which is equal to 10 + Dex. Whenever you must make a skill roll (Stealth), you can choose to use your passive Stealth and move normally
Also, its small size makes it difficult to hit, as long as the attacking creature is larger than you, and you aren't wearing armor or you are wearing light armor, you can calculate your AC as 10 + Dex + Dex. Note: You can still use a shield and get its benefits.
I think you can see why I rewrote the entire feat. Forst of all, several things are inaccurate. For example, passive stealth sin't 10 + your Dexterity modifier, it is 10 + your Stealth modifier. Another example would be how you can calculate your AC as 10 + DEX + DEX, even if you are wearing light armor. This feature ignores the AC of armor completely, which it shouldn't do.
Another reason for rewriting it would because there are no official Tiny races. The closest thing is a halfling or grung, but both are Small. In other words, you need to use a homebrew race to use this homebrew feature.
Finally, and most importantly, the features are incredibly broken. A +6 to passive Stealth is incredibly powerful, especially considering that you can use that instead of a Stealth roll. This means you could easily get a ridiculously high Stealth roll forever (taking this and rogue could get you 10 for Passive Stealth + 4 for DEX + 4 again for proficiency bonus + 6 for this feature, meaning you permanently get a 24 for Stealth checks). This, added with the 10 + DEX mod*2, makes it so your stealth is ridiculously high and your Armor Class is absurdly high as well.
This is why I rewrote the feat. Hopefully, how I rewrote it is significantly less powerful than the old version. Please let me know if there is anything I should fix with the new feat, or if you have any comments about the old feat. Thanks! --MarshDASavage (talk) 12:16, 8 January 2021 (MST)
