Talk:Umbrella Meister (5e Class)
From D&D Wiki
I stand corrected. I'm excited to play this class, gonna get all Colin For on some folks
(I'm not the same guy as the person above just in case you were wondering!) I'm a little confused on why this is a joke class? Maybe it's related to something I don't know, or I'm just a stupid guy who doesn't know anything about balancing. Just wanted to know
I'm the original creator of the class. Thank you to the guys who cleaned and spruced it up, I wasn't all that totally knowledgeable of 5e when I made this. I don't know why it's labelled under April Fools, but I don't really mind. In terms of balance, I think it's pretty balanced as it is now. I'm just keeping the full spellcaster classes in mind when I say that. ~Pax Cruento
Samakira here. though it does say its an april fools class, it looks like you didnt intend for it to be. the only slightly powerful things i see here are that you can parry a LOT of times, due to it being per short rest, and generally, most of the features being short rest. otherwise, parasol style goes up to 4th level, which, while a strange number to end on, is by no means bad design, just interesting. i am correct in assuming that the spirits from the wagasa is 1/ short rest?
