It looks nice. I noticed that the Persistent Spell feat will not apply to spells with a range of touch, so the Bull's Strength spell could not be made persistent.
Instead of Twilight Mythril Fullplate, try Twilight Mythril Tessellated Armor! Higher AC, lower Arcane Spell Chance Failure, lower Armor Check Penalty, just plain better. Tessellated Armor is from Arms and Equipment Guide.
How are you taking divine companion, you cannot turn undead?
RE: Divine Companion is an Alternative Class Feature for sorcerers in Complete Champion. You don't need Turn Undead to get it, just 1 level of sorcerer and it replaces your familiar.
I'd add the Arcane Preparation feat, this would let you learn and prepare Sanctified spells. This would let you pick up Luminous Armor, it's an Abjuration spell so you'd be able to add your Abjurant Champion levels to the +8 AC you get from the Greater version. You can get a wand of Lesser Restoration to cure the strength damage at the end, and since it's on the Paladin spell list you won't need use magic device.
getting sacred exorcist[edit]
with 10 int it is impossible to meet the exorcists prerequisite of knowledge(the planes) 10. only seems doable with 14 int and putting max points in it at every given opportunity. may want to go over that, or i missed knowledge the planes on one of the class skill lists. also wouldnt it be better to go aasimar and not otherworldly and just forgo stalwart sorcerer since you will only get 8 hp and weapon focus for it. the extra spell really helps for survivability. last thing, as an outsider you absolutely need alter self for its hilarity.
