I like this one, I really do. This would be great for my sorcerer. My only thought is a little bit of grammar problems and a slightly confusing frame. For example, the spell effect combination? What if you had fireball and one of mine, Angel's Arrow? Which one would be the one you go with? Alternatively, and I assume you mean the Cone of Cold spell, which spell takes precedence?
