Balance[edit]
Is this item really balanced? Balance isn't really my thing, I know it's legendary, but it seems a bit ridiculous that it can become basically anything. A weapon, or armor, it has a +3 to attack and damage rolls, and is versatile, in addition to its other features. Coaldstone (talk) 23:24, 6 February 2019 (MST)
