Pretty sure every other item I can remember that goes through or under your tongue occupies your "face" slot. I always thought there should be an upgrade to that "silver tongue amulet" or whatever it is that improves Truespeech checks. Atypicaloracle 11:26, 31 July 2010 (UTC)
