A Look at This Item

While I presume this item is about raising the dead, it does have a variety of problems including:

• This should require attunement or else you are basically given PC's the ability to keep around zombies with animate dead
• The rest of the spells besides animate dead aren't in 5e
• The charges costs should be equal to the spell slot level
• You shouldn't be able to increase the amount of charges you can regain in any way.--Blobby383b (talk) 09:40, 6 May 2018 (MDT)
