This is vastly superior to the 5e SRD:Scimitar of Speed as this a greatsword with the same effect and the weapon has another powerful effect makes your roll a dice on every hit which is not a good design decision. All on hit effects that always require you or another creature to roll have been removed from 5e as it greatly slows down combat.

Some of the wording on this item is also questionable, and the weapon should use the following wording when it come to its effect uses "The weapon can use this effect 3 times, and regains all expended uses at dawn." or something along those lines. The attunement and capitalization could also use work among adding a copyright disclaimer for this being based on a WoW weapon.
