At-Will[edit]
While you are correct that "at-will" is used for warlock invocations, it is not used in races that I'm aware of. Using tiefling and elven spells as a baseline, non-cantrip spells are locked behind rests and a character's total level. Coaldstone (talk) 17:57, 13 May 2023 (MDT)
