Talk:Sword of Force (3.5e Equipment)
From D&D Wiki
Not Mundane[edit]
This is not mundane as it states "The sword is a +5 Longsword, and also has other special abilities." This sword should be under User Magical Weapons (To change the location just change around the categories). --Green Dragon 13:07, 2 April 2007 (MDT)
- Im not sure if i fixed it. I have difficulty sometimes lol. Is is alright if I have it under User Major Artifacts? --EaTCarbS 10:38, 3 April 2007 (MDT)
- User Major Artifacts is probably actually a better choice than User Magical Weapons as these are more powerful than I originally thought. However, and as Aarnott mentioned, these really need to be toned down... --Green Dragon 16:29, 5 April 2007 (MDT)
these can not be toned down as they are based off the swords in a series of books and therefore must stay true to the series
Balance[edit]
I know this is an artifact, so it really doesn't apply all that well, but invincibility? Really now. It seems like this artifact is beyond even a major artifact... In general though I love the 12 swords and the idea behind it. Keep up the good work. --Aarnott 11:33, 3 April 2007 (MDT)
- Of course, these will go under serious revision (mainly the sword of force). Some of them are EXTREMELY powerful. My main purpose for the swords is for flavor of the setting. I don't plan to actually have my players use these. Thanks for the input! --EaTCarbS 12:37, 4 April 2007 (MDT)
