Overall, I like the idea. The feature Storm's Fury reminds me of the Tempest Domain Cleric feature that lets the character use a reaction upon being hit to deal lightning damage to the attacker on a failed Dexterity saving throw. This should add some extra versatility to the Sorcerer class, should people choose to use it thematically.--Foxtrotter out! (talk) 23:12, 26 November 2016 (MST)
