Thoughts & Spell Wording

For reference, I based wording of the spell's targets off of the aoe wording of the ice knife spell. Besides that, there are a few smaller touchups I made which include changing speed to movement speed, changing reduced below 5 to reduced to 0, ect. Overall I like the concept of the spell and my only thoughts on possible changes are to make the movement speed reduction increase by 5 feet when you cast the spell at higher levels.--Blobby383b (talk) 12:45, 18 May 2020 (MDT)
