First, where is this from that you feel the need to have the copyright disclaimer template on it? Second, does just having the shield out provide cover from targetted magical effects, or does it only provide that benefit when you use it as a tower shield for the purposes of granting cover? You should specify this. Third, the bonus to AC from not moving stack, but with what? With the bonuses from fighting defensively or taking a total defense action? Again, you should make this more clear.
