Not that I know 4e but...[edit]
It says "make a saving throw". Is it supposed to say what happens on a pass/fail? --Aarnott 12:29, 17 June 2008 (MDT)
- No. Other powers (from the PhB say the same. It means that you can make a saving throw to end an effect that is ended by the saving throw, like ongoing damage. --Sam Kay 14:43, 21 June 2008 (MDT)
