As is, this isn't really worth using a 5th-level spell slot for. It has a shorter range and deals less damage than cone of cold, another 5th-level spell. You should either increase the damage or decrease the spell slot required to cast it. SirSprinkles (talk) 22:57, 1 August 2018 (MDT)
