Talk:Spike Pit Trap (4e Trap)

Note: it may seem that 2d4 and 1d6 + 2are exactly the same, but I've compared average scores (2.5 for a d4, 3.5 for a d6) and so there is a slight difference. Hopefully slight enough to do a small damage increase.

And I say that we must use d4s for spike damage, as they already look like spikes!
