Some fixes:
- changing recharge power to encounter - minions won't last long enough for it to recharge
- minions also do set damage rather than roll
- A close blast 1 would only cover 1 square, so changed it to 3.
- Made the scream a Minor action rather than Standard, since it doesn't do any damage. Marasmusine (talk) 02:45, 11 October 2012 (MDT)
