Talk:Runeborn (4e Race)
From D&D Wiki
I've made the amorphous feature into a power instead. The reason why I allow the PC to continue using wielded items is that otherwise the form heavily favours users of Implement powers over Weapon powers: e.g. it's great for a wizard, useless for a fighter. Races should support any kind of class choice. Marasmusine (talk) 06:58, 23 July 2014 (MDT)
81.140.2.93, for runeswarm, please don't multiply an ability modifier to get a value. This is generally not done in 4e, to avoid values escalating to overpowered levels (you can add a value, say 2 + modifier). Also, the values are based on the swarm druid's class feature in Primal Power, so this should be consistant with that. Finally, you capitalized the name of the power in the trait description: it should be in lower case. Please revert these changes, thankyou. Marasmusine (talk) 11:01, 25 July 2014 (MDT)

Taking half damage from attacks isn't a thing for PC's in 4th edition. Reducing damage by 3 combined modifiers is too much even if it is a racial encounter. I feel the racial power should be something similar to the shard-swarm racial power that the shardmind has.--Aitharious (talk) 14:51, 5 September 2016 (MDT)
