This class looks good to me so far...a few little things to point out though...

Level 14 and 17 are dead levels: you don't gain any new features or get access to a higher Spell Level.

Seeing as this seems to be primarily a martial caster, I have an automatic compulsion to want to add the melee cantrips from the SCAG...but I think you made the right call in leaving them off, replaced by the Runic Weapon's bonus damage. I would suggest removing Eldritch Blast as that's kind of a Warlock thing...and only a Warlock thing.

I would also recommend making Str or Dex your 'highest ability score' instead. This class is a half-caster, so the ability to cast spells is secondary to them.

I don't think Rune Burst granting more than 1 extra attack is a good idea. Free-use extra attacks higher than 1 extra is the sole domain of the Fighter, and coupled with Rune Blade's bonus damage...you're shifting pretty far up the damage-output tree. --Guildsbounty (talk) 10:33, 7 July 2016 (MDT)
