I'd like to see more on this rubber golem, mainly because of the cliffhanger about how other spells affect it in the "Magic Immunity" part of the creature description. Will there be more on how fire affects a rubber golem? How about cold or acid? It goes without saying that rubber golems should be immune to electricity in all forms.
