Musicus Meter
Score: 4
This race has a score of 4 according to the Musicus Meter race guidelines. With this metric, first-party races' scores range from 4.5 to 8. This is a guideline, not a rule, and it's important to use your own judgment alongside this scoring.
This scoring may be the groundwork for a focused {{needsbalance}} usage. A contributor to this page may request a detailed breakdown of this page's balance. Without this information, {{needsbalance}} may then be removed. This meter cannot be the sole basis for a needsbalance template, but may be included as an accessory to a wider discussion of a race's balance.
This template should only be placed on a race's talk page. If this template is not placed on the talk page, please move it.

Decided out of the blue to make this into a race, especially after considering Serperior could be viable thanks to its vine whips. You know, there's something ironic about referencing Tsareena in the society section and how some Budews are raised by them. Namely, the fact they both scored a 4 on the meter.

Toxic Leaf Guard is just Leaf Guard but the resistance to lightning damage is replaced with poison. I couldn't think of how to make Technician work, so I just used Budew's/Roselia's hidden ability instead.

Le Parfum was originally the name of what is now the Petal Dance, but I realized it didn't make sense because it literally translates to "The Perfume", so I slipped it into the society section. The reason it is even in here is due to it being the ability of one of Roserade's TCG cards in the Dragon's Exalted expansion.

The mention of a Roselia in Ula'Ula Meadows is a reference to Scan Island, as a Roselia that knows Leaf Storm can be found on Wednesdays in that location in Pokemon Sun and Moon. --MetalShadowOverlord (talk) 02:31, 25 February 2019 (MST)
