This rod lets you cast 2 9th level spells and a 7th level spell! In fact, you can cast a buffed version of astral projection! Not to mention, the somewhat odd way to regain charges. As written, I can slaughter harmless animals to spam powerful spells. SirSprinkles (talk) 22:56, 4 June 2017 (UTC)
