Talk:Rival (5e Background)

Hey, it's me, the creator of this background. I'm currently looking for some suggestions for what needs adding/changing and some criticisms for this. Thanks a ton, if you do respond.

I'm having trouble understanding how this is a background. It doesn't answer the question of what the PC was before they became an adventurer. Marasmusine (talk) 10:52, 15 September 2018 (MDT)

Well, I made it so that this background could be a fill-in-the-blank for anything, whether it's the PC's career, class, hobby, etc. I just simply focused on the aspect of having a rival. I hope if that clears some things up, and I apologize if it didn't.
