So, shouldn´t this be an Epic Item? What about the battery it uses to charge? Doesn´t the ring grant a STR Bonus? I thought green lanters had quite some extra Strength. I thought lanterns couldn´t use armor, but the ring gave them protection, never the less. And, personally, I think It needs too much Will to use. I like it as a limitation, but probably, it should be an accesible limitation. If your character has that bonus on will, it probably doesn´t need the ring to be more than mighty. Nice class. Oh yeah.
