Abuse your Str

For Uncanny Blow? Unfortunately, that would require more feats (and stop us from getting Mighty Rage) and stop us from getting Shock Trooper--which I'm rather partial to, since it lets you do a little more damage on charges before you get in the quick and start full-attacking. --Ghostwheel 07:56, 28 July 2009 (MDT)

Greatsword does d8?

Better choices than Barbarian 10?

There are certainly a slew of PrCs that would work better than Barbarian 10 I would think. I don't have books on hand, but I think the Eye of Gruumsh might be a better choice than barbarian 10. Also take a look at Frenzied Berserker if you are going for a certain Balder's Gate style character like the picture suggests. --Aarnott 11:15, 28 July 2009 (MDT)

Unfortunately, Eye of Gruumsh's flavor doesn't jive well with the ultra-good Exalted PrC. And for FB... ugh. Wall of Cheese material IMO, and I'm trying to make all my builds without WoC stuff to show that you can be good without having to resort to cheese. Also, attempting to get the level 20 capstone, and Champion of Gwynwhatever stacks with it. --Ghostwheel 12:44, 28 July 2009 (MDT)

Unfortunately, Eye of Gruumsh doesn't let you get the capstone; however, it does let you get another +4 to str if you take an extra -2 to AC over regular rage, so that's worth mentioning. Though I'm not sure how that would work with the Whirling Frenzy variant. Still, I'll add it for any players who have DMs that don't mind changing flavor. --Ghostwheel 22:28, 28 July 2009 (MDT)

Actually, after looking at all the things you give up (shock trooper!), the Eye seems worse than just barbarian 10. With flaws it might be ok, but that is way too many conditions to even make it noteworthy. My bad! --Aarnott 09:24, 29 July 2009 (MDT)

Eh, on the other hand you get another 2 Strength over what you'd normally get with with Mighty Rage, so it evens out--plus it gives you the option of going into Exotic Weapon Master for Uncanny Blow (thanks for the idea, Ganre!) --Ghostwheel 09:54, 29 July 2009 (MDT)

Dreadful Wrath

What flaws gave you all those feats? Also, Desert orc doesn't meet the racial prerequisites of Dreadful Wrath.
