Non Race-Specific Information[edit]
Do you have any ideas as to some good stats if one is not a Sth'li? Making something race specific, although allowed, seems to take away from the item in my opinion. Also you missing the "Caster Level" parameter. --Green Dragon 06:00, 13 February 2010 (UTC)
