Face Stabbage[edit]
I know I'm probably gonna get 2/3 of the wiki on my ass for this, but what's with the "stab in the face" fixation? -- Mythos 15:39, 24 June 2009 (MDT)
And btw I don't just mean Tome material, I mean, on the wiki in general... I see it cropping up everywhere. -- Mythos 15:40, 24 June 2009 (MDT)
- That's just the way Frank Trollman (one of the authors of RoW) talks. It's caught on amoung other people, as a cute/funny/honest way to describe what it is warriors do. Dragon Child 15:49, 24 June 2009 (MDT)
- It's actually a personal phrase of Keith (The K of F&K). Keith says it just slips out in the situations, and he wrote a substantial amount of material (no, I'm not sure what. F&K don't always say who wrote what. The only thing I know for sure is K wrote the Monk). And the phrase has spread beyond what you think. Someone on Gaming Den said his law classes refer to him as the 'stab in the face' guy because he uses that example fairly often when asking a question. Also, it sounds just nasty, doesn't it? "He got stabbed--in the face." --Genowhirl 21:05, 29 June 2009 (MDT)
