This is a spell that an NPC of mine in my game has, my players were immediately jealous when they discovered it and demanded it to be available to them. as a brief summary it's basically just a spell that lets a spellcaster go berserk on a large group of baddies or just to say "fuck you" to one particular person. whatever reason you pick for it have fun with it, i decided to throw it onto the site for others to see if they'd be interested. anyhow, thanks for taking the time to read, and good luck on your parties future misadventures.
