Isn't 1d20 damage at the cost of an immediate action incredibly strong? Especially considering that there is no reflex save? Especially in a low level campaign, if every PC wore this armor, the DM's monsters wouldn't live very long or pose a threat. In high level campaigns this might even be worse because monsters would have multiple attacks each turn. With 4 attacks, that's easily 4d20 each time or on average 42 damage per turn. This needs to be balanced. A +3 Bonus to enhancement is not enough.
