Provides a nice alternative to the dagger of venom, but perhaps it should be limited to just injury poisons? SirSprinkles (talk) 15:57, 18 February 2017 (MST)

The basis underlying, implementation, and wording does suggest that only poisons that function with wounds would work with the weapon. In the end, it is the DM right to choose; thus, I hate to say only such poisons work because new DMs might feel restricted. --Azernath (talk) 17:49, 18 February 2017 (MST)
