Talk:Philosoraptor (3.5e Creature)

Note: The stats for the philosoraptor are mostly equivalent to those of a similar creature from the SRD (3.5 ed.), with only some changes made from the base creature (SRD:Deinonychus, before the errata were applied). The Philosophy ability is the only potentially unbalancing factor. With that ability adjusted appropriately to suit your needs, this is usable in a campaign in the manner that any Awakened Animal would be. Silverkin 20:00, 11 September 2011 (MDT)

It'd honestly make a fun cohort or even a PC. Needs to list what languages it understands, though. --Genowhirl 16:52, 14 January 2012 (MST)
Certainly at least Common, maybe others (or maybe all, for that matter). If it speaks in Common, that would make the most sense (in order to confuse more people). The problem with having one in the party would be that whenever it used its ability, the party members would have to save, too. Thanks for stopping by. -Silverkin 02:07, 15 January 2012 (MST)
