Balance:

Sacrificial Spellcasting is inherently broken, especially once you get to 9th level. Being able to cast cleric spell of higher level than a full caster (scaling with proficiency bonus +2 causes this) causes inherent issues even with the "drawback" or using health instead of spell slots, but once you reach 9th level and proficiency bonus or 4 you can cast 6th level spells, of which heal is one. This spell instantly restores 70 hit points to a creature of your choice within range, which can be yourself, which means that you spend 14d6 hit points to restore 70 hit points to yourself. 14d6 has an average value of 49, so you can gain on average 21 hit points per turn for free, which allows you to cast spells for health infinitely as long as you can take 14d6 damage to do so.
