This has been playtested and I found it different and far more versatile with the amount of control it grants, but only a little more powerful than the stock classes. While it gives a lot of choice, you have to pick carefully and a lot of the reactions and actions given can clog your action economy, so careful optimisation is needed to make this class as useful as the berserker class. You also have limited resources and do not want to be using your spells when you can just attack. Lastly, though I know giving the additional shared features at the end can make the class a bit to powerful, but I felt I had to do it because otherwise you would get railroaded in on a single thing, making the class design more linier than it needs to be. I was sure to only give the barbarian what he needs, however, not making him a heal slave or a particularly dynamic caster. --AirmailMRCOOL (talk) 03:45, 19 July 2017 (AEST)

The breath weapon seems a little too strong.[edit]

A d8 seems seems like too much for a breath weapon, especially for a 6th level feature. And why not give the totem dragons cantrips that require you to be in melee range?
