Is the increase to chakra point maximum that God: Nativity of a World of Trees provides permanent after deploying and are the people who are caught by the jutsu able to break out of it or are the essentially dead? I believe the intention is that it's dependent on the effect that is causing them to be paralyzed or unconscious on the first place, if they somehow break out of it the caster should lose chakra according to how many creatures are no longer under the effects of this jutsu.

Since Path Jutsu are learned automatically and don't count against your limit, but this path's jutsu are their own Nature Release, it might be important to add an addendum at the top saying that features gained from this class have to be chosen instead of all being learned at level 3. Only Jutsu gained from subclass features are automatic and don't count against your limit, path unique justu have to be learned like any other jutsu and count as a chakra nature.
