Talk:Path of Suffering (Shinobi World Supplement)
From D&D Wiki
General Questions Sorry if this seems awkward, but I've never quite done this before, but I noticed this subclass has seemed to change quite a bit and not quite for the better. A lot of the original things seemed to have been torn apart and glued back together so I was just wondering why has it seemed to change so much? --TyCat1999 (talk) 02:48, 14 February 2023 (MDT)
- I'm unsure exactly what you mean, could you offer some specific examples?--Ref3rence (talk) 14:03, 8 February 2023 (MST)
Why did Kaguya and Urashiki use "Yomotsu Hirasaka" to travel between dimensions or long distances, but here on the site only allows 9 meters? It shouldn't be the reach "anywhere within the dimension" or at twice the cost "anywhere in any dimension"? -- NescauOtaku (talk) 06:55, 01 April 2023 (BRT)
- Yomotsu Hirasaka, as adapted here, is meant to be the more combat-oriented version Kaguya uses. The more travel-oriented version was adapted as Path of Succession's Karma Rift, which they both have access to. To be honest, the only reason Yomotsu Hirasaka is part of this path is because I couldn't determine a better 23rd level feature; I'd much rather it be part of Succession.--Ref3rence (talk) 07:31, 1 April 2023 (MDT)
You could finish at Level 20, and put Yomotsu Hirasaka together with Amenominaka, in the Yin-Yang Style. The Bones of the Ashes That Kill All Kill could be in Yang style, with the requirement to have Path of Succession (Shinobi World Supplement) at Level 20, or as a unique jutsu. -- NescauOtaku (talk) 10:53, 01 April 2023 (BRT)
