I am confused as to what Grudge Permanence Cloud does. What can you do with the hand that comes out? or is it just a version of elemental hand that you can maintain? Sugar rush (talk) 00:30, 15 April 2024 (MDT)

There are a number of uses for having more hands, with possibly more reach, it can allow you to weave hand signs when your hands are occupied or bound, make more rasengans as per twin rasengan, the reach can allow you to cast jutsu with a range of touch from a distance or increase the range of your attacks, it's useful if you can make it useful. And with a class that relies on having hands xD, you can get many things out of this, especially at early levels when you need both hands free to cast any hand sign jutsu (including the incredibly vital substitution jutsu).
