Adoption vs Deletion

I'll "adopt" The page from here. One of my friends wants to play as this race as a unique spin on the game. My intent is to essentially stay true to the original author's intent, but fill in the holes and fix a few inconsistencies to make it more complete. Strateg1st 15:39 16 Nov 2016
