Super-long Time-Stop-like effect? Neat. But this shouldn't be usable at-will, it's too useful for that. As it stands, there's nothing stopping a party from staying in "watch time" indefinitely just by using the watch over and over and over, which is extremely broken even if it is a Legendary item. 24.210.118.189 15:26, 24 November 2016 (MST)
