I really don’t think the wikify for preload is necessary. Preloads are great for making things look tidy but in this case the page isn’t ugly. It’s been formatted cleanly. Is it, the preload, necessary for DPLs or something else? BigShotFancyMan (talk) 20:57, 1 September 2018 (MDT)
- It is common practice to use them and mark pages that don't use them. In particular, the 5e race template is required here and yes the site dpl's do require the template to work as intended. For example, this page doesn't have a summary line due to it not having the 5e race template which has a summary line that the dpl calls. —ConcealedLight

- hmph. An unfortunate thing I feel. As savvy as the preloads are, I cannot help but feel for those unfamiliar or unskilled with how things work; and that their work could be tossed for this template. BigShotFancyMan (talk) 21:29, 1 September 2018 (MDT)
