Considering this has a Burst 10 AoE, the fact this causes damage and creates a condition on both friend and foe, and is a level 1 at-will, makes this one hurtful power. You may want to tone it down a bit, and have it target enemies. -- Sepsis 07:28, 5 May 2009 (MDT)
