Changes

Besides several grammar changes made, there are a few more substantial changes I made to this item to better balance it or fix some of its problems listed below.

• Changed this into a wondrous item are armor in 5e refers to shields or sets of armor
• Changed the fly speed granted to 20/30/40 as to make the differences between the rarity's more substantial and because 30 feet fly speed for a legendary item is a bit weak.
• Added a spell attack bonus for firebolt as items need to list the DC's or the spell attack bonus used for their spells.
• Added rarity categories as any item that has more than one rarity has to have their rarity categories added manually.

Well, thank you, Blobby! I worked hard on this item, making it as similar as I could to Nova's helmet from Marvel. Now, should I add in the Anachronistic tag or no? Technically, it is alien tech.
