Some feedback:
- Spellcasting. Need to write out the spellcasting feature in full, including spell attack / DC calculation, what levels spells can be cast at, etc.
- Their spell list includes 6th level spells, but I can't see where they get 6th level spell slots.
- You're giving this class features on the same levels that the receive new spell slot levels.
- ==== headers for features
- In the feature descriptions, you need to say what level they start at.
- Various naming errors at Class Do's and Don'ts (5e Guideline)
- "+4 to all stealth checks". There aren't many fixed bonuses like this in 5e, this should probably be an expertise-type bonus to avoid silly stacking.
