This needs a bit of tweaking, first off the abilt score increases should be brought down a bit, probably instead of +3Wis, +2Con,+1Int, you should change it to +2WIs and +1con/int. For the frost werwolf you mention a breath attack, what is the range, would it be like a dragonborn with a 15 ft cone/line. Otherwise looks good.
