I don’t blame the creator for missing this bit as “Revenant Blade” is a new feat but it dose have the prerequisite of being a elf. As such a Variant, human is not an option for this build.

Each build has a seperate race listed beneath it. The Revenant Blade build actually states the person should be a Mark of Shadow elf. Your reading the race for the Eldritch blast build.
