So Slasher333, I understand you have concerns about the homing attack. The reason I believe it should be free to use is because it would be the main, or in some cases, the only attack that the subclass would use. I feel making it cost a chaos point would be like making the monk's unarmed attacks cost ki points, or like making a sorcerer pay sorcerery points to cast a cantrip. Yes the range could be a bit iffy to be free, but that is why I edited the feature so that it only costs chaos points to give it said range.
