Hi, very interesting item (thank you for your welcome message by the way)!
Wouldn't this require a reaction to expend a charge though? Because I see this as quite powerful if the Mirror Shield blocks entirely the projectile. One could expend all the 3 charges in the same round if they're targeted by a spell that requires a ranged attack roll, so I think this would need to be used on a reaction.
What do you think?
