The encounter powers are too powerful. This is a +4 or +5 modifier to all four defenses to potentially every ally or every enemy on the field. Please compare with similar encounter powers and adjust. I can agree to that completely I can see how that would be vastly overpowered. I took a look at the Githerzai and see that it has a +2 on themselves so it would certainly be far more reasonable for it to be +/-1 to those subjected to it. I am happy to receive any criticism like this just because it will help to catch anything that I may have overlooked. I'm far more than certain that I will be needing it once I start to post other races and classes. Generally I like to see racial powers be minor actions or triggered actions, so that they do no compete with class powers in the action economy. I'm happy to provide criticism, sorry if I sound a bit terse sometimes! Marasmusine (talk) 01:49, 1 November 2013 (MDT)
