For a +1 price, you get a weapon you simply cannot be disarmed of, ever. If it gets knocked out of your hand, it disappears and you can re-materialize it as a free action. They knock it out of your hand again and guess what, you re-materialize it again, as a free action. Oh, and since you had it bound to your ring, which cannot be sundered, the only ways they're going to disarm you are by a) removing your arm, b) stripping you naked, or c) hoping that you crit-fail your save against a spell like call lightning and that it happens to do enough damage destroy the item your sword is keyed to...
